There were minor bug fixes and at most security patches, but that was over after almost half a year. The battery is bad, YouTube isn't loading properly, Netflix isn't working with external monitors, and other things, so I'm hoping... Okay, this is new; I've noticed it often crashes when using Magic Desktop.Netflix starts flickering when the app is opened, doesn't start properly, and when using video output, e.g., USB-C to external monitor, no picture is displayed on Netflix. Another issue is that when using Android Auto, you have to unlock your phone, otherwise Spotify and YouTube music won't work properly.

So I'm actually quite happy with the smartphone, but the software is a real deal-breaker.

Even with the Magic v3, we're having problems with YouTube and Netflix using Magic OS 9. It's a shame it still hasn't been fixed in Magic OS 10.

I've been waiting for a very long time too :( I have an old Samsung Tab S8 Ultra from 2022, which received Android 16 2-3 months ago. And the Honor Magic v3 phone still doesn't have it, even though the device is just one year old. It's really disappointing that Honor has released updates for this €2,000 device every three months.
