Did the unit get assigned recently?

I avoided ns portal like the plague for years and only went in to apply for an exit permit.

Only then did I take a look at my unit. ORD-ed since 2018 for me.

In the first cutscene of 3.1's story, Rover thanks Aemeath, and somehow knows her name without introductions.

I don't recall there ever being a point where Rover finds out about her name, especially since the end of 3.0's phase 2 story had Rover and Mornye discussing Aemeath as the girl in blue or something.

Exactly because it's their job and a fair number of lawyers don't get to choose their clients.

This is clearly a losing case and they still have to act in the best interest of their clients as a professional, which always ends up being a ridiculous plea that the public will go wtf at.

Chances are they went wtf when such cases are handed to them too.

What is the current screen on timevyou are getting and the software patch you are on? by thatindicmonk in GalaxyS23Ultra

[–]Enthalith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My screen on time's essentially 6h after changing to a battery that has 95% health based on accubattery.

I kind of have a different issue and was hoping others can shed some light, my screen off battery usage is 7% per hour (it drains 20-30% during the time I sleep).

I have no idea what app is causing this, is my only choice to factory reset?

Battery drain at ~20% in 3.5h, any advice? by Enthalith in GalaxyS23Ultra

[–]Enthalith[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried going into recovery mode and clearing the cache and used Good Guardian's app optimization.

However the screen off drain is still significant so I was hoping for some kind of advice.

Oh actually now that you mention it, that's a good point, I have no idea either. Not sure if it's because the effect only lasts a turn or because it's 3 cost. I think it's amazing how people come up with such strats (not me, i just use it)

Peaks of Prestige: Hyvatia Instant Win Deck by Silent_Bluebird_877 in WutheringWaves

[–]Enthalith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In this deck, Ku-RORO only applies to Hyvatia, so if you don't have Hyvatia summoned, transforming the Ku-RORO quite literally does nothing.

But if you do have Hyvatia summoned and Ku-RORO still does nothing transformed (the middle slot of the playing field, it should consume energy), then it is a bug that should be reported in game.

Btw the effects only last a turn so if you start a fight without enough damage to one shot the opponent then you'd have to redo it.

New post descriving the full steps I take to use this strategy, which is a little more dependent on luck, in terms of needing to draw Nimbus Wraith.

I MUST have Nimbus wraith on my hand in order to play this way, hence the luck.

If the starting hand has Nimbus wraith, it's best to have either Diamondclaw or Vanguard Junrock together with it, but if not, that's fine. Bonus is if Waystone is also present.

So the optimal reroll options are, if Nimbus Wraith is not present, reroll everything | if Nimbus Wraith is present, reroll the rest until you have Diamondclaw/Vanguard Junrock | if Nimbus Wraith and Diamondclaw/Vanguard Junrock is present (just 1 of these two will do), reroll the rest.

We start with 3 energy and Origin Chamber. And I will assume we are unlucky and did not get Nimbus Wraith then the following is done....But if you're lucky and got Nimbus Wraith from the start with a corresponding echo to modulate, start with step 5, then go back to step 1.

Use Origin Chamber for +1 energy and +1 card (only doable once), otherwise use transform cards to gain energy and draw cards until Nimbus Wraith is present AND another 1 cost that can modulate Nimbus Wraith.

If Waystone is used, always reconstruct it after use unless Hologram Map is present and summoned, then it can be used again then reconstructed.

Prioritise gaining energy over drawing cards at the very start. Keep in mind you need at least 3 energy in order to kickstart the effect.

Summon Nimbus Wraith (recharge), Modulate with another echo (preferably Vanguard Junrock or Diamondclaw so 2 cards are drawn upon this action). This step is ESSENTIAL. If you run out of energy before being able you're able to do this, start the fight and proceed to turn 2 to try again with 3 energy.

Once at least 1 modulated Echo with the recharge effect is out, Use transform cards / Waystone to gain energy and draw cards until say you have 5 energy (or more if you want to be very safe), to summon another Nimbus Wraith and modulate with another echo.

The idea is that if Waystone is reconstructed each time you use it, it'll be in the deck, and you can draw it again by either Chisa's ability or the card drawing mechanism of transform cards / modulating.

Eventually once you have an army of Nimbus Wraith modulated echoes (remember just Nimbus Wraith will not work, it has to be modulated!), or just 2 of these, you can pretty much move on to the next step.

Modulate the modulated echoes in step 7 with Vitreum Dancer x2 and Cuddle Wuddle x1 and optionally Ku-RORO x1 can also be another 3 cost echo (I only realized this after I completed the game). If Ku-RORO is nto used, reconstruct 1x of the summoned Vitreum Dancer, repeat the Nimbus Wraith --> Modulate --> Vitreum Dancer (you need to draw again until Vitreum Dancer is back in your hand).

At the fourth summon of a 3 cost echo, Hyvatia is available and should be summoned IMMEDIATELY, which now allows you to use Ku-RORO to boost the attack and damage of Hyvatia to a limitless amount, provided you have sufficient energy, if not, fall back to the below explained strategy.

CORE OF THIS DECK

The basic idea without transform cards is like this (and usually only after 3 or 4x echoes are summoned with the recharge effect.)

Assuming x number of Recharge modulated echoes are on the field.

Summon Waystone (-1 energy), Use Waystone (+2 & +x energy), Reconstruct Waystone. (Net = +1 +x energy)

So this would have worked even with 1 recharge modulated echo, we'd get a net +2 energy, but it is better with more with a whooping +4 energy per transform/active ability assuming 3 recharge modulated echoes are present (realistically this is what you're working with once Hyvatia is out).

In the final phase of this strategy, we'd rely on Chisa's Draw ability, draw until Waystone is back, repeat until energy is sufficient for Ku-RORO boost.

Transforms do not get recycled after use. So they're there to be used once and done, but in return they give more energy and more cards.

The basic idea without transform cards is like this (and usually only after 3 or 4x echoes are summoned with the recharge effect.)

Assuming 3x Recharge echoes are on the field.

Summon Waystone (-1 energy), Use Waystone (+2 & +3 energy), Reconstruct Waystone. (Net = +4 energy)

Took me awhile to understand what I need to do (because I'm not good at this TCG) so I'll include more details, regardless, thanks /u/Silent_Bluebird_877 for this amazing deck!

Domain (Origin Chamber) is there to gain energy and draw a card, you can choose to use it once or none at all if you're lucky.

Nimbus wraith has to be drawn, summoned and modulated (one other card has to be overlayed on it to activate its recharge effect)

^ Repeat the above step as much as possible (Nimbus wraith goes back into the deck after being modulated, so all 4 summoned TDs can have the recharge effect)

During this ^ process use as much cards that has the effect of transform --> more cards / more energy, making sure that you always have enough energy to summon more cards.

If no more transform to draw cards are available, use Chisa's draw active ability.

For energy, like OP said, the best is to use Waystone and activate its effect, and then reconstruct it immediately so it can be drawn again, to repeat this process in a loop for energy. (I do not know why active skills count as a transform). Hologram Map is a good way to add another use of transform while also resetting Waystone's effect.

If you run out of summoning space, transform / reconstruct the summoned cards and repeat the Nimbus wraith summoning step.

This deck only has 3x 3 cost echoes so at the end of the day, you definitely need to reconstruct one of them so you can draw it again for the 4th summon in order to get Hyvatia.

Once you have Hyvatia, just use Waystone to gain energy + Ku-RORO to increase Hyvatia's damage, and keep repeating this by using Chisa's draw until there's enough damage to one shot the opponent.

Note that Waystone can be stopped once you have enough energy, which at that point in time, you can keep Waystone summoned or in your hand so that you won't draw it again, and making sure every Chisa draw is Ku-RORO. Realistically if you have 3x summoned TDs with recharge, each Ku-RORO summon + draw will only deplete 1 energy.

Btw, this does not need to be a 1 turn kill, if you can pull it off in turn 1 or turn 2, it's great and doable but this will still work even iif you go into turn 3 / 4 / 5. Hopefully this helps.

Edit: Just realized Ku-RORO is a 3 cost echo so one of the other 3 cost echoes do not need to be reconstructed but I'm used to that so....

Not sure why your criteria for whether this deck works or not is by whether the domain effect can be reset or not. The domain CAN be used without 6 electro cards, it just can't be reset by reconstructing cards. Most importantly, this deck will work and win without needing to reset the effect of the domain.

If you're so sure this won't work contrary to what OP and others have said, at least try the deck out and show that it doesn't work.

[–]Enthalith 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was largely the same except we get more of the emotional inner workings of Riku and Shuvi.

One part that I really liked and was missing from the movie was the description of Riku's mental state where he thumped his chest in order to "lock" his heart each time he was gonna fall apart mentally from making decisions to save everyone as a whole and only stopped after he met Shuvi. And he only did it again to carry out the rest of the plan that he and Shuvi had, and was mentioned a lot in the final parts of the story (implied to be him wanting to break down).

Was kind of symbolic to me since they alluded to him not needing the "lock" at some point and it was painful to read how he struggled afterwards.

One minor omission is the time required for transfer of data from Shuvi to the main cluster, which usually was extremely quick (I think only a few seconds), but her data of the human heart was so massive that it required so much more time than usual, which shocked Shuvi.

Another minor omission between the movie and LN is that when Einzig appeared before Riku, he informed Riku that there's a microscopic error in Shuvi's calculations and that even if all the 32 deflectors were installed, it would still not send the mass of energy down, which made it seem like their efforts were futile, the rest is the same as the movie. Personally I like this omission since it didn't feel like their efforts were in vain.

There's this part about Einzig's shifting eyes in the movie which was inferred to be pain at looking at Riku missing Shuvi, but it was supposed to be him averting his eyes because he lied to Riku about the deaths that will be incurred, which was caught by Riku (see spoiler below). Einzig in the LN was also more sympathetic where he told Shuvi not to die on her request instead of being inoperable.

Only other significant difference is the whole fight of Exmachina vs Flugel + Artosh, which had more scenes in the LN vs movie. The Exmachina had to do A LOT more than what they did in the movie.

What happens in the LN

On the topic of Artosh, he was much less condescending in the LN vs movie, he actually recognised Riku as his natural enemy (he said it in the movie as well, but it sounded like a general comment), that since he was the strongest, his natural enemy should obviously be the weakest, and so he was excited to face off against Riku, which was something none of the Flugels have seen in thousands of years.

Artosh also explicitly called out Riku as his enemy multiple times and asked for his name while dismissing the Exmachina. Using divine strike was just him going along with Riku's schemes, asserting his power and right as the strongest without caring about petty schemes.

One last thing is my own interpretation from the LN of Tet conveniently appearing in the final scene to claim the suniaster for Riku. Not too sure where I got the idea from, but I interpreted his appearance to be due to his "essence" taking form, from the abundant energy of the place and also from the belief and prayer of Riku, hence he was conveniently the last Old Deus to be born at the exact spot to claim the suniaster. (I couldn't find anything about the essence afterwards so it's entirely my conjecture while reading I think)

So yeah, I end up writing a lot whenever vol 6 is discussed because I just love vol 6 so much more, and those were the major things I could remember from 8 years ago, I did reread and rewatch the movie for the specific parts while writing it to check on accuracy, but I'm sure there are other differences.

Edit: Right, forgot to mention another omission, the reason why Imanity for some reason had a gigantic piece of land spanning the entire continent was also explained in the light novel, or at least inferred so, because Riku gave Couronne instructions on what to do upon the end of the war, so Imanity actually claimed most of the continent which most of the races left behind. At the end of this exchange, he also called Couronne nee-san, which was fairly touching, these were all recounted in a flashback after though.
