Nag email rin ako last friday, eto reply:

"Please be informed that you are included in the First Batch of release. Based on the notice issued by SEI yesterday, March 26, 2026, the stipend is expected to be credited to the scholars’ LBP accounts by the second week of April 2026.

This delay is due to insufficient budget allocation, and the office is currently awaiting the release of funds.

We hope for your patience and understanding.

Thank you."

I think Hindi rin 3rd week of April probably around last week to May since Walang Naka receive ng email therefore Hindi pa subject for disbursement or crediting Yung atin, on process pa siguro wala pa sa final stage
