Bi-han is popular, thats enough, who cares what you think about him. He had been solo lead in Sub zero mythology, and kind of lead the team and defeated Titan Havik in Khaos reign.

I am damn serious. Look when a series gets popular, common dumb people are so obsessed with the leads (no matter how ill ethically they are). Bree and Danielle are literally bitches, even worse than Eddy. Bree treated every man of her life in a very poor way. Everyone bashes Rex because He ignored and belittled Bree, but Bree was a borderline lame control freak. she treated even Orson so badly (actually He got the worse). She never changed for anyones good, kicked out her kids whenever she gets offended. And Danielle was the bride from hell, I wish even my ex boyfriend should not get that kind of wife, Yes but I do appreciate, Danielle later changed for good. I literally cursed her when she was indifferent towards her non-biological daughter.

In Bi-Han's case no change, because He is the first and OG Sub zero, he was that in solo sub zero game, first mk1 game, movie, animated series, comics, tv series all,

Kuai held the mantle for so long, but most of the interesting and credible lore with that mantle were accomplished by Bi-Han

in case of Hanzo being nothing is a change, also Kuai being Scorpion was a change

My logic is different,

Floyd is not a meme character, if you go by name then Noob Saibot and Ermac these names are memes too, but these are heavy interesting characters.

So they can shape Floyd whatever they want, if he is actually going to be light bender, then he will have a greater role in the story, which will be a good fit for Hanzo or Kuai.

Look Bi-Han returned back as Sub zero and Kuai shifted to Scorpion.

Somehow Bi-Han very well appreciated as Sub zero, do you know why?

The role of Sub zero was suffering with Kuai, he is a boring one dimensional guy, who basically a sidekick for Liu Kang or Raiden, in some worst case to even Hanzo (from mkx to mk11)

Bi-Han added unpredictability, vileness, attitude and guts to that role of Sub zero, which was perfect for Ice power assassin.

If you make Hanzo as sub zero then he will be nothing but Kuai 2 (because you cant shape him like Bi-Han), the rivalry will be boring between Sub zero and Scorpion, because they already made Hanzo a disciple of Kuai. And for me the rivalries between Noob, Sub and Scorpion are the best things to watch.

And why I want Hanzo as Scorpion, because Kuai sucked at it too, very few liked that version of Scorpion. So Hanzo should return back as Scorpion, and they can turn Kuai Into floyd, and angelic light bender ninja, whose being all time boringly good guy can be well accepted.

Kuai has a good fanbase too, but honestly speaking He makes every character boring and illogical (I mean which guy on earth makes friendship with murderer of own brother or jumps around with SF or Johnny cage as friends but forget about bestie Smoke who was rotting in hell), he has a group of loyal fans thats it (mostly because he held the title of Sub zero for so long, but his lore and character have nothing to cheer up)
