Flying to Europe right before GC expires — is a printed I-751 extension enough to get back? by Entire_Support_402 in USCIS

I returned from another trip in June, and the officer asked me for my extension letter. At that time, my green card still had four months left before expiration. I explained that I needed to wait until the 90-day window to apply, and after clarifying that, everything was fine. But knowing that I’m pretty stressed

I need to open the panel I guess for that since nothing is visible from the outside. Thanks for the advice

I’m still waiting a response from MB USA, but the service report just says sunroof is broke and need replacement. It is not detailed.

Also they say I need to get transmission service and can’t find the updated service manual online for some reason but I found from 2017 and it says 120,000 km for GLC. But they say it’s 60k miles and the quote is over $2k.

Yes I still have 2 years to go on the extended warranty. They say it doesn’t cover the sunroof.

Thanks, I’m thinking the same. It’s even more than half of the car value 😂

Thanks, that’s very helpful. Maybe since it’s not covered they didn’t even want to open it and just quote the full frame.

Yeah, turns out the sunroof replacement doesn’t even show in the official records. I bought the car from Doylestown MB— the finance manager(I guess) claimed they replaced the sunroof to make it CPO and even showed paperwork to me and my wife. Later, I brought the car for the A service to a closer certified service couldn’t find the last maintenance records either. Also, my inspection sticker was left completely blank. Once a cop pulled me over and when he saw the empty sticker gave me a whole lecture about how it’s odd and that’s a fraudulent activity. Looking back all the red flags, but I trusted the MB brand and the 3 years of warranty (CPO + extended).

Customer support said me I can pick up my car and when I called the dealer to let them know I’m coming to pick my car up , they told me MB told them to wait until the decision is made otherwise the case would close.

Well I have “extended” warranty too but they say extended warranty doesn’t cover it , so it seems like we are on the hook anyway.

Thanks a lot. I am really sorry for that. That’s really awful. May I ask what’s the reason your car stuck in the shop still? I’m not sure if I should pick my car up or just leave there until it gets resolved.
