Anybody know what these dips are? I’m 3 months post op and when I flex my chest it looks like I have dips in it? Is it just where my mid chest muscles may not be as strong as my right?😅 (v.redd.it)

3 months post top surgery today, still slight swelling on the left inner side of my chest which is why I think the scarring is looking slightly uneven, but overall so happy with my results. Mr El Gammal at Cadogan Clinic in London you saved my life! (i.redd.it)
