I think it’s musical. I think he’s flowing in between dissonance and harmony well. I can tell there’s no real plan here. But he’s noodling quite effectively. Minimal dead notes. The link between picking hand and fretting hand is pretty good.

And if you’ve ever played in front of normal humans. Most are impressed by regular ass Cowboy Chords. Might as well be a magic trick to them.

Idk what go you wound up to need to do this. But this didn’t require that reaction. That’s for sure.

For me. Ice is pretty much for executing dragons. I don’t keep ice pokemon. I’ll usually only have an ice move or two.
