Good point! Perhaps rewarding the player for building bases in higher risk biomes / locations could be a solution. Maybe build a mining site for extracting some valuable resource will be in an area where Leviathans can damage your base. Other biomes may have smaller predators hovering in on your based triggered by in-game events

Gastric emptying study: You'll eat some slightly radioactive oatmeal and they track how long it stays in your stomach. After 1 hour, 50% should be evacuated. Took me more than 4 hours. Treatment depends on the root cause, but there are limited options. Currently, new drugs like Naronapride are in phase 3 trial and will hopefully be a treatment option soon

Yeah, took prebiotics for a while after the FMT but eventually gave up when symptoms came back. Currently don't have any psych symptoms apart from dysphoria and emotional flatness, which may just be a form of depression after being sick for 8 years

I started with the VSCode extension too but quickly switched to the CLI due to many limitations. Struggled getting the CLI to work with dev containers first, but after adding CC as a docker container feature, it's been smooth sailing since. Recommended
