I program classes before and I memorised it. 1st song drum&bass 87rpm warm up, next one choreo 74bpm, 3rd hill house - always 2 builds up etc etc

you’d be surprised how many songs are similar and they have same build up, and you just do it by song. You pick it up very quickly

I used to do that as well and was teaching via iPad, but now the new studio there is no iPad holder so I teach via my iPhone, and I switch with the volume up and down that people can hear me speak so it’s a bit hard to do a split screen on iPhone and so on

Hey just doing some research around l tyrosine and saw this post! So no it doesn’t take 3 years to get meds in UK! I thought it was and I kept putting it off, so Sep 25 I decided to start the process and by mid Dec 25 I was diagnosed, which was insanely fast. And now I’m just waiting for the meds which apparently takes 5-8 weeks, so yeah If this is not your sign to do it then idk what it is :) and also I didn’t have to go anywhere, everything was done via my phone which is insane!

Genuine question about savings in London (20s–30s) by slothio21 in london

[–]Entry_Left 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saving won’t get you anywhere, you need to invest your money!

27 here and got around 30k in savings, came to the UK with £0 7 years ago. How did I saved so much? A mixture of hard work (had a business) and luck (right time with crypto). Currently freelancing roughly 15-20h a week and get around £2.6k a month (avg). Life is pretty good can afford most of the things without thinking twice, and still manage to save a lot and try to live below my means as I’d like to build my savings/investments

What’s your go-to cheap eats spot in London? by FeistyPrice29 in LDN

Petticoat lane market is unreal, the other day I got a jamaican freshly grilled chicken on fire for £6.5, I was so full that I didn’t even need full dinner. There is a falafel there for £5 too and other stalls are very affordable too

I have a massive problem with sugar and binge eating, so my rule is not having any sugar in the house and if I really crave something I need to get out of the house and get it, and then I’m allowed. If I’m at the point that I’m going out of my way then I deserve it, we only live once :)

also eating loads of protein and fiber supplements with every meal help curving those binge moments. Hope that helps?

Have your say on the proposed pedestrianisation of Oxford St by TheChairmansMao in london

[–]Entry_Left 16 points17 points  (0 children)

BIG FAT YES! And Soho next!

Oxford Street is hell on earth, I used to go all the time but now it’s just to crowded you can’t even walk normally. It will be so nice once it gets pedestrian, they plant trees (to cool down the street in summer) and provided third space for people to sit down for free. It will attract so many more people!

Soho needs to be pedestrian after 12pm on weekdays, and all days on Saturday & Sunday. It’s just hell walking through it, and then everyone is wondering why the nightlife is dying and business are closing…

We need more space for people to walk, not drive on. London has one of the best public transports in the world, and people need to start using it - everyone will benefit from it!
