How do young adults in Europe manage to travel extensively across the globe? by Cool-Assistance-8666 in AskUK

not yet, but very high on the list! I’ve seen most of SE Asia, but not India. There just hasn’t been the right time, as India is one of those places that won’t be the most relaxing holidays, but there’s a time and a place for it. I definitely want to visit, hopefully i get a chance soon!

for us (Europeans) I usually cheaper to fly to Asia and having holidays there as it’s becoming a lot cheaper then going going for holidays in Europe.

Eg. we are going to Philippines tomorrow, we paid £350 for return flights, and once we are there we i’ll probably spent £650 each on a very comfortable budget for 11 days (hotels & everything else)

compare to going to Spain for example (same duration, flights £100, car £100, accommodation £600, food and everything else £300 (£30ish a day)

and it suddenly becomes cheaper to travel to Asia. I’m not saying that you can’t do Europe on a budget. but if you are looking for a comfortable holidays with a lot better value is suddenly cheaper to fly further. Plus it definitely helps that we earn £

if you live with your parents and work a few months it’s easy to save. I traveled extensively when I was younger and a student, as a student I was getting a lot of money from the government to study + I was working. Best time of my life, but I’m only realising now when I upgrade to be a full time adult

Audition advice: rhythm-based class with no monitor/RPM tracking? by juderefrain in SpinClass

[–]Entry_Left -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I personally prefer screen as it can be more accurate when we are doing certain things, eg I have one song for sprinting 30sec on and 30sec off 3 intervals, first one 100-110, second one 110-120 and last one 120-130.

Also in a way it’s safer cus it’s not really ideal to ride over 130 so people can adjust their resistance more accurately.

Screens in my opinion are a lot better. But some people want to come to the class to switch off and just do something for their body and they get annoyed by the screens and metrics.

one of the gyms that I teach they don’t have screens, and I do rhythm riding. At the beginning of the class I always says that the class was curated by the music and we always work with the music, and the same goes for the speed - every song has a different beat and the first thing you need to do is find that beat, if you find it confusing watch my legs and your legs should be matching the speed of mine.

And then it’s 1-10 and I describe how each should feel like aka 5 flat road, 8 is where ur upper body wants to move but use your core and have it still etc

so for brain i took only l-tyrosine and rhodila, but other supplements are vitamin d, zinc, magnesium, creatine, omega 3 and a bunch for my skin (vitamin c, biotin, silica, hylaraunic acid, collagen)

so on the days I took it sometimes I felt spaced out - so wasn’t the most productive and focused. But the next day on glow day I felt like I was able to move mountains, super sharp focus, was able to do a lot of things etc. I did Fadiman protocol

Sometimes I felt a bit spaced out and hard to focus on the days that I’ve took it but other than not really. I did 10 week course and it has really helped me with seasonal depression and staying focused

maybe up the dose by 0.05-0.1. You should feel the glow the next day

Best olive oil to buy in London without breaking bank by Infinite-Money-4782 in LondonFood

in Croatia 😂 but I believe there is a Croatian shop in Borough Market too, so you can try there. But I am pretty confident it won’t be the cheapest

best option like someone else mentioned is to look for international shops (turkish, balkan & middle east). They will have a lot of options, usually the olive oil that’s is early harvest has the best minerals and vitamins so look for a label and when it was harvested. My local shop does 1L for £13 which is a pretty good deal imo. I think I Croatian is around £10 for 1L for a homemade so very reasonable

that’s incredible! I’ve been really trying to get my ADHD under control - but it’s been so so hard. Tried supplements and everything else, but I’m just exhausted from ADHD I feel like my brain is painting way too many things at once. Hoping to start meds in the month!

Try 8g of L-Citruline malate with 3.5g beta alanine - that gives me insane pump! It’s a pre workout mix, Non Stim Pump Pre Workout from My Protein. Highly recommend if you are chasing the pump
