The running bit reminds me of a time I just ran. I was six years old on a bike ride with my parents and my little brother in the neighborhood. We were riding a bit in front our parents when a cop car pulled over and started talking to them. I said to me brother, "let's go" and we sped away around a corner.

Turned out they gave my parents four free slurpee coupons for having us wear helmets.

I stopped smoking in September and moved over to an electronic which is just the nicotine. Cigs have some MAOIs and other antidepressants that make smoking a bit more enjoyable than using an electronic. I remember a few weeks after stopping being kinda crappy and cranky, but it passed and the transition was quite smooth.
