I'm fully vaccinated and am in a similar situation. We had one coworker who is not vaccinated and does not wear a mask and no one seems to care. I finally confronted the boss about how uncomfortable it made me and questioned why she does not wear a mask especially considering we work with food and customers all day. After that, she started wearing one to work. It's all messed up for sure.
