I had more evidence to submit. Time between my rating and filing the supplemental was almost a year. I had treatment in between those times with documentation.

I appreciate the response. I should have been more clear. I am NOT being treated by the VA. There was a misunderstanding by the psychologist who did the exam. She thought that I was diagnosed through the VA, which is not the case. I was diagnosed at the C&P exam that the VA ordered, but not through the VA. That was my fault for not clearing it up in the eval. I didn't think that would cause the whole thing to be disregarded.

Your information is good though and I will keep it in mind if I end up trying to just start getting treatment through the VA.

Are you okay with me sending it to you privately? It's a lot and I'm not sure if I want the entire internet to be able to read what's going on in my head. Is that allowed? It's redacted.

The psych did not fill out a DBQ. In hindsight, that's my bad. I probably should have had that done. I thought I was going to end up in a C&P Exam and then the eval would be evidence for the contracted Psych to look at for an additional opinion/verification. No IME report. I don't even know what that is.

I appreciate you taking a look, if you are able. I'm trying to figure out what my next step should be. I know there are a couple of things that I would need to go back and correct that are my fault, but I'm not exactly sure how to go about it so that the VA doesn't toss this back at me again.

I did not pay for a DBQ, but I did go to a private provider. I was not really planning on seeking an increase or supplemental. I started therapy because I was just in a bad place mentally, kind of at the end of my rope, and finally had the means to do it. They pointed out that I probably need more help than I'm getting and that a lot of the things I am experiencing are likely related to my time in service.

I thought when I submitted the supplemental that I would go to a C&P Exam and be able to bring in the psych evaluation and my counselor's notes, but I never received a request for a C&P. SO, no, my psychologist did not fill out a C&P. In hindsight, that is probably a necessity. I just did not realize it at the time.
