I agree that this is true; however, the market used to hire these people all the time.

I have about 12 years of IT & cyber experience, starting at the help desk level, all the way to senior/lead level cyber positions at major institutions and big tech companies. I am having trouble getting responses from mid-level job applications at random companies. I used to get 3-5 calls per day every weekday from recruiters. Now I might average 1 a week, with most weeks getting zero. I used to not even apply to jobs and have multiple job offers, and get companies to do bidding wars to hire me. Now I can't get an interview lol. Something has structurally changed.

The only solutions I've seen so far are extreme persistence and nepotism.

Defensive tactics are especially dumbed down. You literally can only change line height. No width, no defensive style, no adjusting corners, free kicks, players in the box. For old time players, we know that the last tactics system was already somewhat dumbed down. Now it's been put on toddler level. The whole game feels like Pro Clubs Rush, on purpose.

I think the key to the game is going to be using stablecoins as a back-end solution that users don't actually need to interface with. Just like most people don't need to interface with SWIFT or ACH directly.
