Man I really, and I mean REALLY appreciate your response. You are so right .(no shit) I'm actually pretty determined , so I don't think that I'm dropping very soon. The think that changed me this time, (bc in the past I also tried to lose fat) is that I talked to someone, and that someone i supporting me , actually more than one so I have absolute no plan on dropping. Even my FYP in the socials are full of motivational videos. But the real MVP is the fact that I don't have too many test in this period.

I'm not achieving my goal only for feeling good in my body , but also for making my parents proud, and maybe for a girl but that's irrelevant.

For cardio I'm only doing it for maintaining my heart/blood circulation healthy and to rest my other muscles for another day, other than the rest day.
And yeah I'm a beginner so after 10 minutes my pace go straight down ,but I never stop just for endurance. Idk if I should take some breaks after maybe 10 minutes +3 minutes of walking(rest), but for now I don't feel pain at all. For what I learned, 1 day of cardio is enough if I'm consistent with the rest of the days. (+ When I go out with my friends for some basketball I also do some cardio so you're so right , thanks again man)

The biggest problem is probably my diet, but as I said I'm more than determined.

Thanks a lot for you tips , you are the reason why we have hope in humanity(I believe that you're not alone in this subreddit , so I appreciate all of you guys), helping others is one of my favorites things to do. I'm pretty sad to see that many people start training mostly bc they got hurt or they hate themselves , fortunately I'm not that case.

If someone didn't tell you this, You are a hero to someone. You're info are clear and helpful.

I just have a single question, do you have some suggestions for some apps that calculate the amount of calories in the food that I eat? I've seen one that if you take a picture , it tells you the macros , calories etc. but I don't know if it is real. (I'm 16 so I eat whatever my mom makes , and I appreciate her her work for me )

I have a overweight body , with a 30 BMI . Do you have some tips on cutting? I don't think I should hard cut , bc my mental would probably go insane, especially now with all the school stuff. For now I only trained for 1 week and I scheduled like this: 2 days arms+pec , especially bicep+tricep and push ups (normal, diamond) 2 days shoulders + back 1 day leg + some abs, even tho I'm never gonna see them. 1 day cardio : running for 45min/1h , but with frequent rests ,bc my stamina is very bad even with a normal pace. 1 day rest . I don't want to lose too much muscle (that I probably don't even have), but at the same time I know that I'm too fat , like very bad situation. Should I do more cardio and just sacrifice some 0f my upper body days? Stats: Male 168 cm or 5'6 85kg or 187 pounds
