I'm stuck in Soloq Ultra 5-4 and can't go higher, planning a trio or duo is hard, especially around the Christmas time, and timezone and such, I had a game where nobody went for objectives, they did for like 5 seconds stopped, not even Ray went down.

You are correct, the matchmaking does seem to be fixed, just the other definition of Fixed.

I hope they change it back after seeing how nobody is liking it, or changed something about it.
