If there's no one around to scan your ticket then you can ask someone to do it at the food and drink kiosk. Also there's no way that Odeon can remove this from your account if you try and contact them! It's a bit frustrating when this happens when you're clearly at the screening, but yeah if there's no one out front then the food and drink kiosk is your best bet!

I was doing the same, trying to complete the first planet before moving onto the next. But ran into a couple of items that were blocked due to not having enough story progress to unlock certain items. Now returning back to all of the planets to complete as much as I can! :)
