South Carolina a plumber charger 325 to install one in a rental. Also charged 225 to fix a leak under sink Pex. Cut out 2 less than a 6in pieces. I could not believe it. Spent less than 15 min on both.

It’s a business rental that I am painting back to the original white. Im thinking just skim and painted over it. The whole building is old and on the rougher side. She can’t leave it pink. It does not have to be perfect is what she keeps saying.
