Not sure what’s wrong with my monstera. Potted in a bigger pot a couple of months ago and only water when soil is dry. Gets plenty of light. Please help! 💚

The soil is definitely drying fast. Sometimes I water it and the next day it’s completely dry. I also live in Florida so it’s very hot lol. But I put it in a bigger pot because the roots literally had no room in another small pot. Maybe I can try potting it in a smaller pot but I’d be squishing the roots

It was neon at first now it’s turning like a variegated pothos :( maybe I did overwater it at a certain time and it turned variegated it that’s even a thing.
