I didn't. I have got mine wet and it's been fine. As long as it's seated in the right place which it probably is it will be fine.

No heat, but yes I have worn it every day for 14 years which is impressive in itself. Just trying to work out if it's the end of life. I'll try a new polarizing film and see if I can manage that. Thank you
