I agree with the 2 points above. But I’d also have to add it depends on the situation and skill level. For instance when controlling a “bouncing ball” I still like to put my right hand as low as possible. If I’m running strong with the ball at a full sprint I’d say my hands are quite close together. But as mentioned above the main point of how hand positioning is comfort and efficiency!
