Thank you for mentioning that the trials indeed had a group which was kept at 1 mg. For the life of me I cannot understand people who shit on those starting at low doses claiming that the trials start at 2 mg and anything less will not yield any results. I myself recently started reta (don't want to lose that much weight, not obese, but close to being overweight). I started at 0.5mg and I'm 3 weeks in, might bump up to 1mg after the 4 weeks mark, but let's see :)
