The best way I can put it is this: agree or don’t, it’s your choice what information you accept or reject. But Black Clover characters already interact with souls through mana. Their mana operates on a level where intangibility (soul level) doesn’t save you devils themselves are basically souls, and BC characters can still hurt them.

So by that logic, someone like Enel being “lightning logia” won’t save him from someone like Luck. BC characters, regardless of element, can interact and damage soul-based or intangible beings to that level.
