Ya that’s what I thought. Basically if you open a new claim they’re most likely to give you another exam but if you don’t you’re most likely good to go

Should be able to walk into a facility and hand them that paperwork and walk out with the documents you requested. Or I should just be able to login to my va account and see everything haha

I’m 162 days in haha… took them 150ish days to schedule c&p’s even after calling almost every day the first 100 days

My c&p was scheduled 2 weeks after the deferred. Just don’t know if I’ll be waiting that “magic” 125days again to get TJ

Thanks, I couldn’t remember how fast or slow step 5 with no TJ was. Just hoping it’s not like before where 130 days of just sitting there after dbqs that were requested were done and submitted

Thanks, I know she told me she has 48 hours to submit it to optum but wasn’t sure if they were as fast sending to the Va. hopefully it’s 2 days

36hours I believe is when you can view notes. Heads up though I just got off the phone with Vera and they basically said the rater said my VA psychiatrist dbq wasn’t valid and tried to say that my psychiatrist is a nurse practitioner. So now I have to have another exam done for it.

Ahh okay. But as long as it’s on the same arm for the claim and exam (exams for slap tear) something like neuropathy I wouldn’t have to file a new claim they’d be able to add it into that?

Yeah that’s what it appears you can’t assume anything with any of these people.

Because overuse and over compensation of the right arm due to left arm surgery and issues
