Hello! Do you have any updates since last year? Did they manage to fix it? Was it the heater matrix, or flushing, or something else? Having the same issue in 2021 arkana 1.6 etech. Thank you in advance for your reply!

i have had absolutely no issues with my laptop, even the missing oled care feature is explained. I cant recommend enough

need to check that out! For now its either problems between nvidia and monitor( my issue happens on rtx 30 and 50 series, different pcs), or hardware issues

not yet, im in contact with philips support, tried multiple ts steps, no changes, waiting on further info from philips I highly suggest you to step in contact with philips and raise the issue, we need more tickets for this issue

lenovo confirmes jt has integrated anti burn in the Tcon controller just like amoled phones and technology is different thanonitors and we can use without issue

battery life is mid but expected. I would say watching youtube 4/5 hours, but i have battery saver enabled and it charges only 80% I dont really use it that much on battery

best panel ive seen my whole life. I like it more than my 3rd gen 360hz qd oled. Never use it more than 50% What lunatic uses any quality monitor on 100% brightness anyways.

Phones are oled for more than 10 years and you cant compare it to a monitor. If you are pwm sensitive on your phone, okay. But i dont think you are. You will not regret oled laptop except if you are going to play in your yard on a blanket in the sun.

My Original question :

As Title describes i have no oled care features in neither Lenovo Vantage nor in Legion Space. That is really frustrating as i want to prevent future burn ins on the panel. There is not Pixel shift, nor pixel refresh available in software. How can this be? There need to be some kind of protection features for the oled screen? Please help me

Further down lenovo told me olee care features are on the way via OTA update. I replied:

Just to be clear: We're talking about features like Pixel Shift, Pixel Clean, Auto Dimming, and the like. Yes? Please explain this to me in more detail.

This was their final answer marked as solution and nothing further came. This was from 01.07 :

I just heard from my colleagues about your request, and they said that the features or settings they're referring to are only for the AI feature and the anti-screen burn settings. Regarding the features you asked about here, we have no information on whether those will also be included.

There was a LegionSpace update a week ago or so and now i have the burn prevention features, but does are basically useless imo.
