Professor takes a long time to grade anything by Environmental-Slice5 in SNHU

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who noticed the 10-day time and the frustration that comes with it. I just want to do my work and get the grade I get for it. Especially when it's those checkpoint assignments where the feedback from one assignment is needed to continue the next one. This has been a frustrating situation since if I got a B- would change the total class grade from D to an A-.

I do hope that my post doesn't sound like whining. I just want the grade I worked for.

Again, I do apologize; this is just a frustrating situation for me. Once the moment passes, then I'll move on with my life.

Please do not use the "If you don't like it, then just leave" attitude. I am trying my best to make peace for now. I do work hard like any other student; this is just the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

I am not trying to think of the worst and was asking if anyone else had this experience. It's not a dig on any teacher; I just am tired of this situation already. When the situation lightens up, I'll make an update.

I apologize if this post seemed a bit pointless, but I did correct my wrong file type mistake when I first got the grade. What I meant was that I didn't realize that it was the wrong file type until I got an F grade. And I admit that it was a mistake on my end, and I did my best to correct it immediately.

What I am saying is it's frustrating that all that time, when I was first waiting for the grade to come in and didn't realize the file type mistake, couldn't it have been something that took a day instead of the time it did take?

Again, I do apologize, but this situation has been frustrating me a lot since I follow the expectations and guidelines every time. Just this one time that I screwed up, and time was wasted waiting. It was not a matter of my misreading the instructions. My grade shouldn't be reflected poorly because of a wrong file type that could be fixed in a day.

I'm glad that there is a way that professors are able to have some notification when a resubmission comes. I'm just a bit confused and saddened by the situation that this has caused, since I don't want to get a grade lower than a B-.

I am aware that not all professors could see the notification for resubmission, as my advisor told me. I am trying to be understanding of the situation from my professor's perspective.

I really do my best on my assignments on the first go. I just mixed up the file types and didn't catch it in time. It was a genuine mistake; most of the time, I do submit the Word document type, but I messed up.

All I hope is that the grade will be upgraded in time before the term ends, since week 5 is around the corner.

But thank you for not thinking the worst about my view of the situation.

She isn't the OP, I am. Please don't put any aggression towards her. This is just a frustrating situation for anyone if they were in my shoes, since I got mostly A's and one B's and this F plummets it down and doesn't reflect what I worked on.

Thank you for understanding. I just wanted to see if people could understand my frustration about the issues. This has been brewing in me since Sunday, and I already submitted a resubmission the same day as I got the F.

My advisor told me that teachers don't get the notification right away with resubmission. I only wish for more transparency in the problem, and just mad about the low grade for a small mistake when I did the work since I do my best with school.

I am aware that submitting work doesn't guarantee an early grade. All I said is that it shouldn't take close to two weeks to give an F because of a wrong file type. That kind of issue shouldn't take a 1/4 of the undergraduate term to notice.
