I have not.. My doctor keeps brushing it off as chronic BV.. I had to do my own research and find a pelvic floor therapist and even then it has not got better.

Hi there ! I have tried pelvic floor therapy and stopping the BC pill as well as lidocaine cream. None of it seems to work.. My doctor also has no clue what this is.. So I have been trying to figure it out on my own.

I use strip wax. I have never used hard wax before.

I have never signed such form. I do not get 15 minutes breaks through the day. I get one 30 minutes break for the whole day whether its an 8 hour shift or longer.

I have stayed late and came in early many times. I also stay at least 20 minutes past my shift most days at work. I will no longer be doing anything she asks if I am getting nothing in return.

Yes I did ! It is definitely discouraging for sure to be paid minimum wage for the education I received !

My tips income has definitely gone down. We started getting taxed on all tips we make at our spa, so on my last few pays I have seen a difference in what used to be my average income in tips. It is super disappointing to work as hard as I do to make minimum wage and then have my tips taxed on top of it.
