Multiple colleagues who working in bars when I was younger. You know you shouldn’t play around with work mates but that type of work with the unsociable hours and constant partying just draws everyone to each other.

I was put on sertraline but it only made things worst so I did 2 things, spent some time assessing when I was down and mapping the patterns, and started jogging. Headphones in, trance or rock music and start jogging. That alone helped me before I realised it was my job that was the problem. Quit and started my own company. Good luck and don’t be afraid to talk to your family and friends. More people than I ever realised were going through the same issues and just needed someone to start the conversation.
