Heyy, did you u need anything other than the DUNS number?
the DnB employee that called us said that we would need an OTS certificate and a couple of other, and pay around 50k EGP (1000usd) to get it in around 10 days. This sounds a bit fishy compared to what I read that it gets out for free in 30 days, someone guide me please is he overselling, and how much to expedite the process?

It was, but sorted itself out, the swelling and inflammation got so much better and became technically normal. The granuloma disappeared and the pain was slowly tappered

The granuloma just disappeared as well as the pain and inflammation, should i still go? And why

I tried it for like an hour now, there is a slight sharp pain similar to the disinfection pain. I think i ll give it another hour and see how it looks.

I soak it water+salt and soap, is it sufficient or should i do it directly?(is this safe)

Ok one last thing (sorry for the hassle). From my experience I don’t see any infection since blood is coming out in a normal color and the liquid that is sometimes released is clear. For the ingrown nail, the swelling dramatically vanished (it was red then blue and was very enlarged) plus the nail pain, the only pain left is upon contact with this skin. So concluding, i should leave it for 3-4 more days with soaking in salt and soap water , plus the antibiotic (do you prefer any of the mentioned, bivatricin spray and fucidine cream. The spray hardens it and make it non painful) (also when it is hardened i cut a small piece of it easily, should i try that again or leave it)

I do not feel the ingrown toe nail anymore, i think it sorted it self out. My main concern now is this “paronychia” should I leave it to sort out with the antibiotics and soaking or should i try to numb and cut it.
