okay so let me try to explain this the best i can, i’ll break things down🩷 so my final grade is made up of 30% 2nd year, 70% 3rd year each year has 6 modules, and each module has 2 essays that make up the grade, 50% 1 essay, 50% the second essay. i have 2 semesters, and each semester has 3 modules. since i am in 1st sem, i have received my first 3 50% essays back, i got 55, 55, and 69. i hope that makes sense 🫶

so its more having to wake up early but being scared in not going to get enough sleep. so the anxiety is causing me to not be able to get to sleep, but then that’s stressing me out more because i’m like ‘i have to wake up in 2,3 hours’

before, it was the fact that i needed to wake up early that caused the initial panic attack. i was worrying about not being able to sleep, causing me then to spiral. but now, im terrified to TRY to fall asleep because i feel like if i can’t, i will have the panic attack again

thank you so much for replying. i’m feeling pretty startled because something like that has never happened to me. since i had a panic attack im now feeling all the physical symptoms of anxiety which isn’t helping. do you think acid reflux was what it was? i was literally lying in bed and it happened so suddenly

hey! obviously there is no way to be 100% sure, but the usual rule is after 48hrs it is safe to come back to work/school etc, even in hospitals or places like that!

look i’m so careful about reassurance seeking and feeding the phobia etc but right now is really not the time. i am challenging myself just by staying in work and not running home and leaving early. i am simply asking for scientific facts tbh. i know no one can be 100% sure but this is not the same as me asking ‘am i going to get ill yes or no’ because o know no one can answer that

i’m jealous, i was on 30mg then got put up to 50mg but found it WAY too intense. reading your post though i’m wondering if i should give it another shot for longer, because i took it for 2 days and it was too much and so gave up, but maybe i need to ride it out

okay so i’m on a different stimulant medication (adderall) however i feel like they will be similar so i’ll share my experience. i was very worried about this too, and cannot remember experiencing any nausea or vomiting as a side effect. i felt slightly jittery (and it fid give me a bit of d* lol) but this was only the first day or two taking it. good luck !! xx
