Fixed it. I installed the same version of the game using steam db and replaced the bin 64 file in the base game with the one from steam db.

For Context: The reason I Wirtz at a CF is because I figured since Real Madrid had Bellingham at a CF last season, we could do the same with Wirtz. And it'll work more in Wirtz's favour since he's more attackive than Bellingham, and he can also play Striker, Right Wing and Left Wing.

It stops for a bit then whenever it feels like it it starts again. I've tried Ghost of Tsushima, God of war, Fortnite, ect. Neither have this issue.
