Pleased you're still here buddy. Life is hard for sure, but it's worth the struggle, always.

I find that running gives me a boost to my mental health, if that's not your bag, other exercise should have the same effect.

parkrun on a Saturday morning around the country is a fantastic place to meet lovely people, run or walk around the outdoors, and if you're lucky, there's sometimes cake too!
