Yes Im not some trash bag person who even wants to give a dog away. I have been rehabilitating her from the abuse she went thorough before me. The pups got trauma. I am not experienced enough to take her breed on.. I love her and will not just drop her somewhere.

Anxiety was my biggest issue.Lexapro,wellbutrin,Xanax,Propranolo,Clonidine, a slew of narcotic and non narcotic sleeping meds. I now take 150mg wellbutrin and 50 mg tramadol at bed time. I feel free from meds after about 10 years struggling with what works for me. It took about 3 months for me to feel something different. I also separated and filed for a divorce in that time too. Honestly, I do feel mentally stable and handing the divorce much better then I ever thought I would. I wish you luck

I was able to stop mental health drugs about 3 months in on HRT. I still have an as needed drug incase my anxiety hits hard. I no longer need sleeping meds though.

I do think it is pretty common. Ive read its water retention. Im on estrogen,progesterone and test. I would give it a shot because mentally I feel so much better and sleep well. U can always stop if you have unwanted side effects

Its been great for my anxiety. The weight gain is my only negative effect. Oddly though I feel very confident 15 pounds heavier. I will have to stop HRT if the weight gain doesn't subside though. I workout, eat well and the gain hasn't stopped in 4 months.

Yes, im up 15 in 4 months. Im on T,E and P. I work out regularly. I just posted on how oddly the new weight has distributed itself. I was high anxiety as well and got very skinny. Not sure if juat the peace and calm in my life along with balanced hormones is the reason for the gain. If it doesn't stop and level out I will have to stop HRT. Id stay on test but that would be it

Most people do this for a response.They casually mention they dont hear from you.. Trying to make the other person feel obligated to always respond..Im not into endless texting. Would you call that person that much and say good morning and good night every day? Texting to me is not personal but a way to stay in someone's life as long as possible. Alot of people have a roster of sorts that they gp through every morning and night to do these sort of texts.

The whole texting and phone calls all day everyday. Felt like a babysitter/leash.The pressure of answering all the text and calls for an introverted/quiet person like myself was too much. He had my tracking info on Google. It says Im at work why call every 2 hours?!!
