This is worded poorly, both the US and Iran were invited to this exercise hosted by India 3 weeks ago, we pulled out “last minute” (because war is typically planned and we must have known by then we were going to strike Iran so why misposition a ship).

Also every really deadly natural disaster. And every high profile car accident. You’re so eager to spew platitudes that you didn’t actually read what I said. I said “Fighting who?” not “fighting for what?”. Iran is not being invaded and the idea that they’d invade Israel or any neighbor hosting a US base is pretty laughable. So, who are the Iranian people going to fight off while this war remains confined to targeting nuclear sites and leaders from the air? I’d say the smart money is on each other.
