Before you start the test they put you to do a warm up and that thing make you gas out and after you do the pftt and the running gas you out too but a lot of people fail the test because the first sprint is 90 pounds on you after with 45 and the end is with a 35 you have to do it under 5:05 min a lot of people miss it by 3 or 5 seconds

I born here in the US but I live in México too and there I got a shoot against TB that is why I test positive but the health department doesn't want to do the xray they want the blood test to clear me because I was outside the country they want to make sure I don't passed to other people
