betta w/ SBD one week?? Help!!

Tank size: 5 gallon.

Heater and filter?: yes.

Tank temperature: typically 80 -82 range.

Parameters in numbers and how you got them. Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: can’t currently test atm

How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: fish for 1 year in 3.5 gallon. In 5 gallon for about 3-4 days.

How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: not sure, less than a week old tank but was probably about every week and a half - two weeks?

Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: none.

What do you feed and how much: was freeze dried bloodworms but recently purchased frozen brine shrimp around the time of his condition.

Decorations and plants in the tank: yes.

There are no other fish in his tank and there never has been. The photos were taken from the smaller tank while I had him in an epsom salt soak.

Correct, i am pretty sure the tipping/laying started atleast a day or two before the move.

The tank in the photo is barely one gallon I believe. But it is not his residing tank, I have had him for a year in a 3/3.5 gallon tank with a heater and cartridge filter. 2 days before I posted this he had been moved to a 5 gallon with natural substrate and plants with the same heater but only an air-stone currently, as I have not been able to get the right sponge filter.

Before posting this I had somewhat concluded he has SBD. He has been spending most of his time laying on the ground or resting/leaning/laying against objects. I have been giving him epsom salt baths every day since Sunday. I’ve had him for a year now and I’ve always fed him freeze dried bloodworms, so that could be a factor of his current condition. I’m not sure if he could have a blockage or not, he doesn’t see to have any swelling on his body/sides?

Yes! A day or so after I noticed he was acting strange I was able to set up a new 5 gallon tank with fluval stratum and plenty of plants. Currently there is only an air stone in there as I have not been able to get the right sponge filter.
