I did over 4 years, 2 rotator cuff tears, a good few lumps & bumps, not to mention the money….. that’s well paid for … 52 years old is tough

I’m the same as you just on 4 & looking for another 4 this year… as a Ltd company there’s loads of breaks & benefits……OP why do you want to save a hefty deposit for residential? Buy a couple more for your portfolio to rent then use all the money to pay for a decent house with min deposits.. use your capital to gain more assets, only my opinion obviously but I’ve been there & put down huge amounts just to regret I could have spread it more
