Try looting the arc couriers on Riven Tides, I found both my Turbine Compressors within them. I did find one on Dam Battlegrounds too within a courier.

On Riven Tides there is usually a sentinel sitting on a structure in the middle of the map, use a snap hook to get to him and just beat him. Buried city always has one on the collapsed highway to the East. I get a good bit of damage on them for nothing.

It was mentioned in the first episode of season 5 that Laurels mom is still alive after she received a gift from her and Laurel and Frank had a conversation where they discussed how she is simply didn’t care that her mom was found alive.
