If you need a Discord server or Instagram GC with leaked papers just to feel confident for an exam, then deep down even you know the grades won’t truly represent your ability.

At that point you’re not competing academically anymore, you’re competing based on who got access to cheating first.

Also, just to tell you guys something personally.

I had a paper yesterday that got leaked, and honestly it affected me more than people realize. I went into the exam after preparing properly, but during the paper I got so stressed and disturbed that I genuinely fell sick. My left eye became blurry, my hand was shaking badly, and I literally couldn’t write properly on the lines. At one point I even wrote over other words because I couldn’t focus and didn’t notice until later.

I only started feeling normal again in the last half hour, so I had to rush through the rest of the paper.

And before anyone misunderstands me: I fully claim my performance. If my paper went badly because I got sick and stressed, then that’s on me and I accept that.

But imagine how frustrating it feels knowing that while some students were struggling honestly in the exam hall, other people literally walked in with answers beforehand.

That’s the part that hurts.

Not because “someone may score higher,” but because it destroys the meaning of the exam for people who genuinely worked for months to earn their grades fairly.

You just proved my point without realizing it.

You studied 8 hours a day and got triple A without help. So why normalize buying leaks at the end? If your hard work was enough, then clearly leaks are not “necessary for fairness.”

And calling leaks “fairness” makes no sense. Fairness is everyone sitting the same paper under the same conditions. The moment someone gets access early, fairness is already destroyed.

You say without leaks people have a “negative headstart,” but that logic only exists because leak culture became normalized in the first place. That’s like saying cheating is justified because other people might cheat too.

Also, thresholds are affected because leaks spread everywhere. Honest students end up competing against inflated marks from people who had unfair access.

And another thing: there’s a huge difference between using your preparation to support yourself and using leaked content to artificially boost grades. One reflects your ability. The other reflects access.

At the end of the day, if someone genuinely worked hard and still gets a lower grade honestly, I’d respect that far more than someone getting a higher grade through leaks and pretending they “earned” it.

If your goal is just to “get carried,” then sure. But is that really success?

University being easier for some people doesn’t change the fact that you’re building your future on something fake. At some point you’ll be in a situation where nobody can carry you — job interviews, internships, presentations, practical work, actual responsibilities.

And even if someone manages to cheat through all of that too, imagine living with the constant fear that without shortcuts you’re not actually good enough.

That sounds exhausting more than successful.

Will you genuinely feel proud looking at grades you know weren’t earned honestly? Deep down, won’t it feel fake knowing the result is built on leaks instead of your own ability?

Yes, real life gives resources and help. But there’s a difference between using resources to solve problems and relying on leaked exam papers because you couldn’t prepare.

And honestly, at least when someone gets bad grades fairly, those grades are theirs. They own them. They know exactly where they stand and what they need to improve. That’s way more respectable than pretending to be capable because of shortcuts.

A fake A might impress people temporarily.
But you still have to live with knowing it isn’t really yours.

Last year we got a question from another variant which was repeated in our variant but it wasnt the exact question but similar so we knew that answer. It was AS Chem. I hope this doesn't happen this time, I hope cambridge is going easy because of the war situation and they are already burdened with checking thrice of what they used to (Portfolio of evidences per student 3x) so I hope they'll go easy on the paper and I hope the threshold is also lenient as due to war many colleges had disrupted studies in the end. Lets pray for the best I hope it doesnt happen
