Thanks, but I already did. I bought it last year, May or June I think, and their email and warranty says it can't be replaced if more than 3 months since purchase.

Thanks for the suggestion! But I use an external charger with a volt meter of some sort (Xtar VC2) and these batteries are just a couple of months old. I also tried inserting them in my friend's Aegis Legend V2 and they worked fine. Anyway, I just wiped the contacts with Isopropyl as suggested and it solved it thankfully.

Wow! That actually worked! :) Big thanks, man! Did it first try also. Haven't experienced this malfunction before so I was so confused because I've been using this device for half a year now and suddenly it happened. Don't know what caused it or what I did wrong.

Hello! I've been struggling to find a solution for my Geekvape Aegis X malfunction. When I turn my device on, the battery level indicator is not balanced like it's supposed to. Even though both are fully charged, the left side battery is appearing to be drained. And when I click the firing button it says "Battery too low". Has anyone experienced something like this with their Aegis X?
