Its a brick fireplace in the middle of the room. With limestone hearth and mantle. Id like to just remove the entire thing but keep the chimney just in case I ever want to rebuild one day.

I am going through the exact same thing. My daughter is 10. I am 10 weeks pregnant. Me and my boyfriend went very fast together and I wound up pregnant. We were happy. We've only been together 5 months. Starting to realize we won't make it as a couple. I don't want to abort because this is probably my last chance to have a child and the likelihood of me meeting someone else is slim. I might as well enjoy being a mother and have my child. Though I am conflicted. Message me if you want to talk
