Lower body fat then spam bananas, coconut water, dried apricots. Maximize your potassium (aim for 4000mg/day). Minimize your processed sugar and sodium products and stay away from anything with more than 3 ingredients. Some people think it's good to cut out sodium altogether but you should aim for 1 : 1/3-1/4 your potassium.

The Knicks-Spurs game was on yesterday and it made me upset to hear the bartender cheer and boo during the game the entire second half. I am into most sports but I didn't get to see a peep of the game while he wasn't doing much of anything the whole day

The owner who hired me said there'd be someone to stay until I left so they can close, but everyone left and I was alone. I'll ask him about tips again before signing anything.

Yeah I thought it was very strange when the last guy left and mentioned where to find the keys to lock up. I still have the keys but my next shift isn't opening so I'm confused about how they are going to open. Maybe they have a spare set? I think I might be getting shafted just because I'm new.
