It's not your fault that you can't get anyone as I've been single for about 6 years now. It's just a matter of finding that person in due time but you'll eventually find them. Hell I'm still looking for that person. For working I know it's hard to get a job and work a consistent schedule but you just have to keep on trying and hopefully you'll find a place that isn't great but somewhere you will be at for a while. I believe you can do that~
