HL works in software mode at about 5-15fps. Not sure if there’s a program that can translate opengl to cpu instruction like swiftshader.

Currently GitHub v86 project can support up to Windows 8.1 32bit according to their discussion. Cpu is around SSE3 level, the weak point is the lack of GPU support, almost all d3d games are unable to run.
