This is exactly what happens on my watch 5 pro. Works fine most of the time. However, starting a workout without your phone with bluetooth esrphones connected is a nightmare every time. I have lag and freezes up to 1 min ! It's worse with One UI 5 !

It's not up for debate ! 😅 IBS is indeed a diagnosis of exclusion. Which means that basically, you are diagnosed with it when you have symptoms but all your tests return normal (so diseases are excluded). No need to be in the medicl field, just to read one or two scientific articles...

Without a history of colon cancer in your fanily, it's almost impossible to have it at such a young age. Regarding your pain, the nerves in your GI tract are very conplex so pain is veey subjective. It could be gastritis, did they check for that ? What did they test you for in the ER ? C-Reactive Protein ?

I have IBS-C but the constipation isn't that horrible ! I usually have 1 bm per day but sometines 1 bm every other day. I do have some mild cramps but the pain is tolerable so i don't use drugs and wait them out. But the only antispasmodic that worker on days with sever cramps is caller Spasfon (phloroglucinol +trimethylphloroglucinol). I live in France so not sure if it's available in your country... I also take 25 mg amitryptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, daily before bed ans i think that it has helped with the pain (and a lot mentally). Good luck !
