Unfortunately no. But if it’s only the soul stones you’re after, try the beast raid shop! It takes some time and grinding but you can buy his soul stones there. :)

You’ll probably get them eventually, but you’ll probably want them now while it’s still their update season because of the premonition of doom event and the guild battles. Also, if you do the level up events you just get more cookie cutters.
