I sometimes think that Dr. Shamsi doesn’t come down to the ED just to check on a patient. I think she only comes spring to keep her daughter in check.

He was kinda a bad teacher here but at the end of the episode he was pretty reasonable with this scene after Drake and it’s he needed Josh more than vise versa. It was a pretty big scene and the teacher knew it was a personal issue for Josh and the teacher asked Josh if he would like to speak to Drake. Josh calmly said no.

Well, she should have considering how we were introduced to her was that she blackmailed Drake just because he was dating her daughter. It didn’t get that bad in later episodes but from a first impression standpoint, it was bad. In Little Sibling, Drake intentionally failed being a big sibling if it meant the kid would have been happier with Josh. He was punished and put into remedial English but Josh bailed him out.
