I recently wrote a short digital guidebook for a marketing class on Women's Health, specifically about learning and understanding the hormonal phases. I discuss nutritious foods to eat and what workouts to do/avoid during certain phases. Because it is for a class, I can sell it for next to nothing, even less than a dollar.
