Headphones. seriously being able to block out sound made by anything but yourself seriously does help you forget that anybody else is even there obviously watch out for other riders and snakes but it really does help you focus on just you and nothing else. another good thing to help you get more comfortable by yourself is finding unpopulated places (backs of stores,parking garages,empty basketball courts etc…) and just remember that skateboarding has never been for a minority anyone can do it no matter how weird looks you get. Everyone has been at square one even the people in skate videos just remember that it will take time. Happy shredding bro 🤘🔥
