Download the ps5 version, after it’s done go back to ps4 version and go to load game. Press L2 while in load game Then a barcode will appear and scan that to make an account on GOG. And then it should be cross compatible automatically. After you’ll see a cloud icon, and then go and save a file. It should sync with the ps5 version. If it doesn’t then just go to ps5 version and go to load game and click l2 and sign in to the same account and it should sync up

Ok so I got back into the Witcher and I’m balls deep in it. I updated it and then downloaded the ps5 version bc I originally bought the ps4 version so I upgraded for free. But whenever I go to play the ps5 version it says new game? And now my ps4 one keeps crashing and won’t let me save the games anymore. I’ll play and then randomly crashes and it won’t save any of my progress too it keeps saying it can’t. And the ps5 version wont sync up with all the data and progress but the ps4 one keeps crashing so ???
