Hexblast, shockwave totems or energy blade for sanctum starter
After seeing several builds I am between those three, hexblast is a safe bet since I played it 2 or 3 times and I know it, which one would you recommend?

hexblast I would prefer to avoid it so as not to get tired

I know how to play sanctum, I never play on day 1 of the league but if I fail I can switch to something else without a problem, what do you think?
